I use to swim, but unfortunately there are no pools near me. I use to like doint hiit workouts, but due to injuries, etc., I just don't want to do it anymore.

Thank you for all the responses. In the past, I would create a calorie deficit and do hiit workouts to lose weight. I know 90 percent of the weight loss happens in the kitchen, but I've found that I lost weight faster when I did hiit exercises. However, I no longer can do high intensity exercises. I physically and mentallyβ¦

I usually make a smoothie using a frozen banana, a cup of spinich, 1/2 cup of almond milk and splash of vanilla. Tried with kale, but definitely taste better with spinach.

You've gotten great advice from everyone. The only thing I want to suggest is possibly seeing a counselor/therapist as you've been through a lot. It is just as an important to be emotionally healthy as it is physically. I firmly believe that the battle to lose weight starts with the right mindset.
