Exercising While Injured
Hi, I injured my ankle and can't do anything standing. I want to be active, but I don't know what to do There is no swimming pool near me and I don't know of any other no impact exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Walking for weight loss...
I've read articles by people who claim that walking along with a healthy diet aid in their weight loss. I'm curious to hear if only walking, and of course healthy eating, helped people to lose weight. If so, was walking the only form of exercise? And were you walking casually or briskly? Thanks.

Country Heat workout?
Did anyone lose weight with this program? I'm debating getting it, but wonder of it is intense enough. Also, I'm a bit concerned about how length of the time each of the CH workout entails. From what I see, the program ranges from 25 to 30 minutes? Is that enough for weight loss?

I eat when I'm depressed, bored, or happy? As I've gotten older, and more stressed, the worse its' become. Anyone have any suggestions to conquer emotional eating?
