On a typical day for me I’m getting in 16,000-18,000 steps a day. I go for a 60 minute jog every night and then I walk a lot because of work. And yes, it helped so much. I lost about 50 pounds. Because I was burning so many calories through out the day, I was able to treat myself with a burger or some chips and not have to…

I recently found this recipe for energy balls on Pinterest and I love them. They’re super filling so I can eat about 3 of them before I’m full

I tend to get super hungry later in the day. So I do about 50% for dinner, 20% for breakfast, 20% for lunch and then 10% for snacks.

Definitely pho. I think it’s one of the best dishes ever invented.
-
I don’t necessarily prep entire meals but I will cook things like rice or beans ahead of time and cut up a bunch of veggies and fruits so that they’re available whenever I decide what I feel like eating
-
I weigh myself about every two weeks. I used to weigh myself daily but I found myself getting really upset with myself if I hadn’t made any progress
-
Definitely would be best. I find them addicting and if I buy the box of them from Costco I’ll go through it in less than a week. So maybe just don’t have them readily available.

I’ve tried IF and I will say it helped out a little bit but as soon as I stopped I had gained all the weight back. So I think it’s more of what you’re eating and how much exercise you’re getting

Yeah, I’ve been trying to keep busy but I have a horrible habit of binge eating when I’m bored. I recently started gardening and trying to build and fix stuff around my house. I usually wake up pretty early, like around 6 am and walk my dogs. But other than that and my garden I don’t really go outside. I do honk the only…

I love them but I scrape off all the frosting otherwise it’s just way too sweet for me

Honestly I just find that eating mostly a plant based diet is a lot cheaper.

I really love cauliflower buffalo wings. I found hot for food's recipe through this video on YouTube. https://www.hotforfoodblog.com/recipes/2014/02/11/cauliflower-buffalo-wings/

I have a horrible habit of not allowing myself food until after I workout (DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, had to put that in there before someone starts yelling at me about it).I'm working on it. I find going to the gym or just running on the treadmill so boring so I have to find different workouts to do. I like going on…

So I did this and my suggested calorie intake went up by 200 calories. I'm think its probably because every single day I spend 2-3 hours walking to and from work, school, ect then I'm running around everywhere all day at work plus walking my dogs every morning.

I don't know if anyone still reads this but here's a little update. I had surgery last month and during the surgery I had a tube down my throat and my diaphragm was inflated so for a few weeks after the surgery I was having a really hard time breathing. I tried smoking when I was walking home and I really couldn't breathe.…

haha every calorie really does make a big difference, doesn't it.

I am not currently using a food scale. I've just been eyeballing it and only eating when I'm hungry, eating slowly and stopping when I'm full.
-
Honestly what helped me out of that was keeping myself super busy
-
I found that making my own cakes and snacks and whatnot but switching out all the sugar and unhealthy crap with foods that were healthier and naturally sweet helped a lot.
-
So I guess mine aren’t technically overnight oats but I put about half a cup of quick oats and a cup of almond milk, throw in some cinnamon and frozen blueberries. I prefer my oats to not be soggy and my blueberries a little frozen so I just mix it up and put it in the fridge for about an hour. Pretty basic but still super…

it is super cool, the website just sucks and seems like it hasnt been updated in years

i am definitely one to think do that. I hadnt been to a doctor in over 10 years up until last month. I'd always google my symptoms and I thought i was probably dying. I honestly thought I'd end up passing away in my sleep.

i decided to cut way back on my drinking a few years ago, like i only have one beer on my birthday. And im currently working on losing weight, I've lost a little over 30 pounds this year, still have about 25 to get to a healthy weight.

so for the potassium thing they just said to eat more avocados and the issue with the liver enzymes, when i asked about it they said my doctor will discuss that with me at my next appointment. I googled it and theres a long list of possible causes.

Yeah, she didn’t explain too much over the phone.
