As the book ‘This Naked Mind’ keeps getting recommended, which I have and not read, I also have some of this tea, which I’m yet to try...time to start both then! I could easily have caved in and bought some wine earlier, but weighed up the pros and cons. Day 2 down then...tomorrow, we will see... Best of luck to everyone…

I’m in! I’ve decided to do dry January (or at least try!,). I really want to see if I actually just drink out of habit and find I don’t miss it. I did it with smoking exactly this time last year. Fingers crossed!

Thank you for your reply kommodevaran. I had typed more about myself..I used to run, but got out of the routine and how I will start again, walking if I have to. Not sure why it cut off just as I said I’m lazy...maybe that’s someone telling me not to make excuses as it is just laziness!
