You can get same results not having free weights and using a resistant band also body weight exercises. People are so hung up on freeweights which is insane and they really need to rethink how to work out.

Groin pulls or no joke they can hurt a lot. You would just need to rest it for a while. I love girls that take martial arts. I teach self defense to females and it is such a good thing to learn
