Yeah I've always taken protein shakes except the last two weeks but apart from that I've always taken them

Yeah Im just sick of having the excess weight so in my mind faster the better I guess? I've added another 300/400 calories into my diet with 2 protein shakes a day so hopefully that'll make it better for me I'm gonna drink loads of water the next couple of days to get rid of water wieght and see where I'm at
