Okay so I'm a 6 foot male who's 95.7kg at the moment and been eating around 1500 calories which I know is very aggressive but I've lost a stone in the past two weeks but it's come to a standstill over the past two days I've done the same but put on 0.1 I know it's nothing but still can anyone help me any tips? Thank you! I don't wanna have to lower my calories anymore

A standstill of two days isn't a thing. Weight fluctuates, and right now, the ups represented by water weight are bigger than the downs represented by fat loss.

Set your calorie goal appropriately, log correctly, and be patient. If you can't do that, you don't have what it takes to lose weight permanently.

I would suggest eating more and changing up your exercise routine. Losing weight so fast won't do you any good at all :/ Is there a reason why you are trying to shed it so quickly? :/

Yeah Im just sick of having the excess weight so in my mind faster the better I guess? I've added another 300/400 calories into my diet with 2 protein shakes a day so hopefully that'll make it better for me I'm gonna drink loads of water the next couple of days to get rid of water wieght and see where I'm at

Nobody likes to be overweight. You won't lose faster by eating too little. Well, you will, but that additional weight is going to be muscles, not fat.

You don't have to artificially add more calories, just eat more. Do you like protein shakes? I would think it would be better to eat more real food, for taste, mouthfeel and a range of nutrients that protein shakes just don't have.

You can't do anything with water weight, it comes, and goes, in its own rythm.

I know you want it gone but it really does pay off to be the tortoise rather than the hare :) Log everything, drink lots of water and be consistent. Look at it as a lifestyle change, not a diet....if it's not a change then after you've lost it all, will you go back to how you were? You can do this but do it the right way :#

Yeah I've always taken protein shakes except the last two weeks but apart from that I've always taken them

If you've lost a stone in two weeks, that's going to be mostly water. Reading the rest of the thread, it's easy to see that you are way too aggressive. It suggests to me also that you, like many others, need to learn more about how this works if you want to be healthy.

I harp a lot on this in my responses, but being healthy ought to be the only reason you want to lose weight in the first place. So.....if you want to be healthy, you should know or learn that a crash diet is not healthy, faster is definitely not better (in almost all cases), losing weight is not necessarily the same as losing fat so don't chase a scale number, and that losing weight slowly is your long-term solution.

If you chase a scale number trying to sprint to it in a way that's not healthy, you won't be happy with the results when you get there.

This. It's a hard lesson to learn, especially when you get a quick loss at the beginning. Our minds change more slowly than our bodies. We do better when we go slower, because it gives the mind a chance to catch up with the body.

You're not even all that overweight. Slow your roll and focus on improving your body composition, not just your weight.
