I feel you. I have Hashimotos thyroid disorder and it makes weightloss and energy even that much more difficult. There are some really good videos on YouTube regarding ways to eat for the disorder to help. I found B12 has been helpful in general. Best of luck!

Nice! Yeah, it's great. My gym now has a Zumba Strong class. I love that too cus it in combines zumba like music and cardio with natural body strengthening. :)

Trying to break a plateau and getting back on track after a couple months of slacking. Knee issues took me from my rec soccer league and runs, so slowly working my way back to my previous endurance.

Hi. Im new to the Keto lifestyle, too. I've been doing keto for 7 days and my keto sticks are saying I have only a trace amount. I'm having a hard time keeping my carbs (even w eating lots of veggies) at the 20 net carbs. Any advice is great.

Good call. I do like to dancing to EDM and other music. Have you tried zumba if you like dancing? That's a blast if you get a teacher that uses good music like reggaeton or other music with good beats.
