From a beached whale into a bikini babe

In 17 months I have gone from size 20/22 to a 14/16 and lost just over 5 Stones in weight, I still want to loose another couple of stones if possible. I'm going on holiday next week and for the first time in my life I'll be wearing a bikini.

    Great job! That is super exciting. It is hard work. I can't wait until I am able to wear a bikini and be comfortable. :D

    I find being comfortable wearing a bikini is more to do with mindset than physique/size.... I still struggle to wear a bikini in public!
