Approximately 4000 calories per day

Tbh I rarely hit 2000. I tend to go over that once a week as a cheat day but on average I eat between 1200-1500

I was trying to eat 1000 however now I have increased it to 2000

I was exercising everyday however my parents made me stop exercising to gain weight however my weight has continued to decrease. I haven't worked out in about a month now

A lot more so than I was because my weight made me depressed however I don't feel physically healthy as I'm tired and dizzy so it's difficult to know what to do

I'm very unsure whether I need to gain weight or not as I don't think I look too skinny but others are saying I should gain weight

Try and eat healthy yet high calorie snacks between meals such as peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit and dark chocolate. Also try and add calories to a meal using dressings or sauces. I'm trying to gain weight to and am Doing similar. Good luck

Many people have said I look too skinny but I don't know if it's because I used to be 13 stone and it's a big difference. I personally don't think I do but I'm not sure
