Maintaining weight after weight loss
I recently lost 3 and a half stone and I don't know what to eat or how much in order to maintain my weight as I don't want to lose anymore. Any tips or help would be great, thank you

I just ate a large Big Mac meal with a strawberry milkshake however I've eaten the required calories for today which is approximely 2000. Will I gain weight because I ate this even though I have not eaten over my daily intake? Anyone know? Thank you

Water weight???
I ate about 5 slices of dominos pizza yesterday as well as my dinner and have eaten about 3000 calories the past 2 days. I weighed myself this morning and I was 2 pounds heavier. Is this water weight or fat gain? Any information will be great

Recovering from a binge
I binge ate the past 2 days eating about 7000 in total across the 2 days. How to I go about eating from now onwards to not gain excessive weight and stay healthy? Any advice would be much appreciated

Does taking vitamins and drinking green tea add to weight loss
I've recently lost 3 and a half stone. I take vitamin B complex and vitamin D and have 4 cups of green tea a day. Has this encouraged my weight loss and I don't work out however I do watch what I eat. Any comments will be helpful

I want to gain weight
I've recently lost 3 and a half stone and am now 9 and a half stone(I'm 5 foot 10). I'm close to being underweight and get very dizzy spells and would like some healthy advice on how to gain weight slowly to improve my health. Any advice?
