I ate about 5 slices of dominos pizza yesterday as well as my dinner and have eaten about 3000 calories the past 2 days. I weighed myself this morning and I was 2 pounds heavier. Is this water weight or fat gain? Any information will be great

To answer this question you need to figure out your maintanance calories and then determine how many calories you ate over maintanance. Each pound of fat is made of 3500cals. So to gain 2lbs of fat you have to eat 7000cal over your maintanance.
Try to do this math and you will know the answer.2 -
Are you wanting to lose or gain? You keep going back and forth worrying about your eating habits.4

could be food in your system and water. pizza tends to be high in sodium, which can lead to water retention (water weight gain).0
