I've recently lost 3 and a half stone. I take vitamin B complex and vitamin D and have 4 cups of green tea a day. Has this encouraged my weight loss and I don't work out however I do watch what I eat. Any comments will be helpful

The tea may be helping, if you are drinking it instead of something with calories, or if it helps suppress hunger. Otherwise, no.

    No.

Edit to add: but keep drinking it if you like it. And some of the vitamins are probably doing some kind of good (though I'm fairly suspicious of supplements, the evidence isn't as good as people think for many of them).

You lost weight because you were in a calorie deficit. That's it.

While losing weight, I sometimes drank green tea daily for weeks at a time. At other times I rarely/never drank it. I never observed any difference in weight loss rate between the two conditions. I just drink it because I like it.

Vitamins are only advantageous if you're deficient. If you don't have a deficiency, you just pee out the excess.

I'm in agreement with the other posters here.

    No.

Why let something else take the credit for your hard work?
