I just started using MyFitnessPal app 3 weeks ago and realized pretty quick it helped me a lot with my macros and nutrients doing Keto. I'm in ketosis now I'm sure but only because of how I feel and changes I am seeing. No blood tests and I really think the ketostix don't really tell you anything.

I'm wondering why you have that type of meal plan. What are you trying to accomplish with that meal plan?

Well done! You are right about setting goals. Small incremental goals will produce the best results and will keep you motivated once you see yourself reaching the goal, then going on to the next goal. I've lost 23 pct of my body weight doing exactly that.

Yeah that's mostly water weight I would think. The water weight can come back as quick as you lost it. Don't get me wrong, that's a great start! Keep it up!
