Im trying to make a meall plan of 2400 calories but im not sure how to make it work so that i get 150 grams of protein, 270 g carbs, and 80 grams fat. Can someone maybe help me with this and if possible base the meal plan off of something i can do easily and get everything i need from like tom thumb or walmart not something crazy like asian cuisine.

How about you sit down and fill out your diary and see where it gets you. That way you can eat things you like. Start with a protein at each meal, then add some vegetables, maybe some fruit, see if you can fit in some fats and then play around until you get numbers you need with foods you enjoy in appropriate portion sizes.2

That's roughly my calories - bagels, fruit, chicken or shrimp, potatos are my standard go-to's; I have a bowl of cereal each night
Also yogurt (I prefer Noosa full fat; and I use whole milk for my cereal)1 -
I'm wondering why you have that type of meal plan. What are you trying to accomplish with that meal plan?0
