Lose weight. Not loose weight

I see this a lot. It's lose weight and not loose weight

Ok I know you don't want to hear this but have you heard that maybe you are being unrealistic. Your body will fight weight loss if you are to small to began with

I do not eat those back because it is everyday walking that I do with my job. I do not count that as exercise. There is no way I could eat an additional 700 calories a day because I went to work. My Fitbit is synced to MFP

Use a 5 pound weight and check

Yes, I see the progress. Just remember that one pound turns into ten!! It takes time to lose weight. One pound at a time

Nope does not work like that or all of us would be thin

I'm so with you girl!! And YES you do need motivation. You need it every single day along with willpower and determination. I've been dieting or whatever you want to call it cutting calories for two years now. I'm so sick of it. I just want to eat at maintenance. I'm here for you!!

I'm here if you need me. I gained 80 pounds on Sequerol. I still have not lost 30. I have been fat ever since the gain. I'm 5 foot and 172. I'm on lamictal now and lexapro only as needed. Lithium did not work for me and Topamax made me extremely forgetful.

Basically my stomach just pouches out, my face and stomach get bloated. The only way to get it off is to eat cereal and pb sandwiches for 5 days straight. Then I lose the water weight. When I go back to normal everyday eating it comes right back on. It's like I'm carrying this constant 5 pounds of water weight that makes…

I have to completely eat things without salt to get rid of the salt. Then when I eat normal it comes right back on. When I'm not carrying around extra salt water I…

I think you are doing awesome!! Keep up the good work! It does not matter what you eat it's the amount of calories you eat and burn each day. I eat sweets all the time and have lost 90 pounds over the years. It's just a calorie thing. Go by what MFP suggests for calories and eat that. Eat the foods you enjoy!! I'm not…

It makes you hungry and crave sweets and junk

I'm being totally honest here. I gained 80 pounds on that medication. That is the only and I mean only reason I'm fat today. I have only lost 50 of the 80 and this was 6 years ago

Thank you so much to everyone who answered my questions. Awesome examples were so appreciated.

Why oh why are you eating 1600 calories? MFP could not have suggested that for your current size

For example, my husband comes home on the weekends. I can be perfect Monday through Friday. But Saturday and Sunday when he is home 1350 is hard to stick too. He likes to cook and I don't like to complain about anything he does for me. Sometimes I may be at 1600 instead of 1350 when he is gone. It's hard because I need one…
