I didn't realize my feet would shrink 1/2 size. @.@

I was 37, and just so tired of being tired. I had to open mouth breathe to walk up the stairs, and when I tried to buy snowboarding pants, I had to buy a mens' large because that was the only size that fit me. That was four years ago, and a lot's changed since then.

Anyone else petrified about this? https://io9.gizmodo.com/brian-k-vaughan-s-time-traveling-adventure-paper-girls-1836296576 Comic book adaptations are so hit or miss. For example, Preacher is one of my absolute favorite graphic novels, and while I love the way the actors are portraying the characters in the show, the…

Around 325 - Chobani no-fat yogurt, scoop of protein powder, and some type of mix-in, along with tea or espresso and cashew milk.

Heck yes to thigh dimples! I appreciate my upper arms so much more than I used to - these arms help me do chin-ups and pull-ups, which is *mind-blowing*. :)

I've been at maintenance for about a year and a half now. As mentioned by LivingtheLeanDream, daily weigh-ins are hugely helpful. I have a weight range of five pounds that I stay within, and daily weigh-ins help me correlate certain types of food/exercise with ups/downs in that range so there isn't too much panic if I'm up…

I gotta climb a mountain! It's been my epic goal for three years now, and I'm doing it this summer even if I have to crawl up!

"What are some bad attitudes you had to overcome? How did you change your thinking, or what do you tell yourself that helps you lose weight?" I'm 39, lost almost 60 pounds over the last 2.5 years, former yo-yo dieter. One of the big reasons I decided I had to change is because I was tired of being tired. I live in…

She knew I was low carb, so she used the ashes in a bread recipe in lieu of flour.

Hey, feel free to add me! I've lost 42 pounds so far, and am working on losing a bit more fat while I lift to gain muscle. :) I log daily and I exercise 5-6 times a week (cardio, strength, and some days both).

Oh man, so many reasons. 1. When you're 37 and decide to take up snowboarding and the only pants you can find that fit are men's large, it's a sign something needs to change. 2. Speaking of snowboarding, I did an amazing turtle impression every time I tried to go down the bunny hill. *slide down four feet* *fall over*…

Isn't it amazing what happens when you change a few habits? :) Congrats on the weight loss! I'm not a gym person either - I use free weights in my basement. That might be an option as you explore what type of exercise you enjoy. And I'll be honest - there was nothing to enjoy when I first started. I hated every second of…

Hey there! I started at 184 and am now at 141. One of the big things that helped me out is I wrote out why I wanted to get healthy. It wasn't just "be hot" or "finally fit into my jeans without a muffin top", but a little deeper stuff, like "I'm tired of not being able to walk up the stairs without being out of breath" and…
