Instead of doing low-carb, have you thought to try no carbs and no sugar? I can tell you from experience that I am currently doing no carbs and no sugar and in five weeks I've lost 20 pounds. I'm probably a lot heavier than you so that may make a difference but I would suggest you try it! I'm proud of you for not giving up…

Mmpagas, I follow a Dr. named Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube. He talks pretty extensively about Intermittent Fasting and how it helps with fat loss. Plus his patients have been very successful with IF. I appreciate your comment, you are right, IF is a tool, but it is one used for healthy weight loss as well.
