I have only eaten 1000 cals today (tightly tracked), and Im okay with this. Yesterday however, I ate 1450! It will all balance out at the end of the week!

I do a protein shake for breakfast every day. Its only 100 cals but 20 grams of protein, keeps me satisfied until lunch. Id rather use a small portion of my daily cals for breakfast, so I can eat more at dinner when I'm with my family.

I broke into the 150's today! (159.2, but its stillthe 150s!!) My reward tonight will be a few glasses of wine (logged, of course!) Worth it!

EAS Advantage Protein shakes. 100 cals, lots of protein. They are my "go-to" if I feel hungry or had to cut portions a bit too small because of what my family is eating.

For me, I am not weighing myself daily anymore. It was affecting my moods! I just went about 2 weeks without weighing and was happy when I finally saw a few pounds lost this morning!

Is the app calculating my exercise cals burned, even though I have it set to NOT let me eat back my exercise calories? Because if so, that would be it! I was doing 30 mins of elliptical my first 5 days or so, but now im between 20-23 mins per day (I teach nursing, and school started back up!)

I feel your bewilderment! Im also doing 20-30 mins on the elliptical every day, but am currently NOT eating back those cals. 96oz a day is my goal, and I almost always exceed it! If you feel thirsty or your lips are dry, you are way past the point of needing water!

Im surprised by all the daily weights! Im like you OP, I can easily get discouraged when im working so hard but see that scale go up... wonder if Im doing it wrong.
