I'm already 25. I ate a lot that time, but got addicted burning what I ate. And yeah, I think it affected my mentality in a negative way. XD It made me feel sad, weak and most of the time.. empty.

I got addicted burning and murdering the cals.

All I did was to eat less than 1200cal/day or sometimes I burn all the calories I gained within that day

I was active before.. going to the gym every night, using this app to help me calculate my intake.. I reached my goal weight which is 60kg. though, I ended up feeling lifeless or kinda depressed. Then, I hit that plateau thingy. So I started eating and doing what I love to do, i.e. sleeping, and poof! 75kg after a year

Well.. exercise itself is just a part of a diet plan in losing weight. So, apart from hard work..u need to monitor your food intake in order for u to achieve your goal. Just sayin.

Woah. Gotta study bout that info. Hmm.. though, the 3 persons I personally know who loss a lot of weight told me that they drink green tea before bed time and they go to the gym and that helped them to shed their unwanted fats. Green tea miracle must be real, I guess.

Haven't check my current weight, but last time I weighed 73kg..so prolly I'm 75kg or more by this time. Height is 5'4ft . Goal weight is to reach 60kg (my original weight back in 2014). I heard green tea makes your metabolism works faster.
