Haven't check my current weight, but last time I weighed 73kg..so prolly I'm 75kg or more by this time.
    Height is 5'4ft .
Goal weight is to reach 60kg (my original weight back in 2014).

I heard green tea makes your metabolism works faster.

Well, 1200 is the minimum you should eat, if you're going to work out, eat some of those exercise calories back too.

The green tea thing is a myth. Scientists found that extraordinary amounts of green tea extract could have a minor effect on metabolism, and the media and the woo-peddlers immediately jumped on the "OMG! Green Tea is a miracle!!!" thing.

Woah. Gotta study bout that info.
Hmm.. though, the 3 persons I personally know who loss a lot of weight told me that they drink green tea before bed time and they go to the gym and that helped them to shed their unwanted fats.
Green tea miracle must be real, I guess.

They go to the gym and eat at a deficit and that's why they lose weight. It's got nothing to do with the green tea, unless they used to drink something with calories before bed and now they drink green tea (which has no calories) and so they have decreased their calorie intake.

I will never understand why people are so eager to attribute their success to something other than their own hard work.

Well.. exercise itself is just a part of a diet plan in losing weight.
So, apart from hard work..u need to monitor your food intake in order for u to achieve your goal. Just sayin.

Sooo...we all agree. Hard work consisting of a calorie deficit, exercise (if you want) and no green tea.
