I suppose it makes sense really. It's likely to be uncomfortable if all the padding disappears but it's certainly something that I never expected or even gave a second thought until it started to affect me.

Thank you for the suggestions. I shall got to the doctor just in case and buy a cushion to sit on. I really hope my body does adjust.

Thank you. I shall search around. My last baby had a shoulder dystocia so I did wonder if that might have changed the shape. My pelvis did hurt for a while after delivery but not the coccyx area. He is 2 now and I haven't had problems since. It's just the last week that I have really noticed it protruding and hurting after…

Also, congratulations on such a significant weight loss

That's exactly what it feels like.

It's not a lot of pain (only when I sit for a while on it) but I think I will see a doctor about it to check. Thank you.

It sounds like you have been through a lot. It's hard to stay focused through those very difficult and dark patches in life but we have to forgive ourselves, see it for what it was, recognise what needs to change and do our best to focus on the future. I was the same, comfort eating when I was struggling with life and if…

I want to be as fit as I can. I got to the point where walking to the local shop left me breathless and I had daily chest pain. My body is now thanking me for doing this and I never want to get that big ever again. I want to be a good role model for my children and show them that they can still have treats so long as they…

I have 6 children and we may have another one day. Good luck with your journey.

Hi, although I am not a member of slimming world, I do make and eat many of their meals for my family and I. They are lovely. I think you're right, it really is a lifestyle rather than a diet. A diet will always end. I started in January and have done fairly well so far. My goal is 21lbs away. I know that I will never go…

I found that breastfeeding in the first year made me very hungry. I felt I needed to graze all day long but looking back, I probably should have increased fluids more than I did. It has gotten easier as time went on and now they only feed once a day (night time and the 2 year old through the night too).

I have lost 60lbs so far and have around 9lbs until I am at the top end of what is considered by the NHS as a healthy weight. I have 22lbs to go until I reach my target. I am determined to get there. This is a new way of life and I have fallen in love with it.

I am a mum of 6 too and my problem areas are definitely my mummy pouch, hips and boobs. I started using this app on 2nd January and have lost 60lbs so far. I have another 22lbs to go until I reach my target. Only 9lbs to go until I am considered to be a healthy weight (absolute top end). I was always over eating and the…
