Cramp might be a lack of electrolytes; magnesium, potassium, and salt. If you are a lot of carbs and have cut back again you may be particularly at risk of that

Whatever you do is a step in the right direction; the main part of losing weight is in the kitchen, exercises is only a small part of it, but you are already lapping most people, way to go, and keep it up

Lovely to see you here, welcome to the group

If food is waste, it is still waste regardless of whether or not you eat it the only difference is the location of that waste, either in the bin, or in your digestive system possibly creating fat. This approach has helped me as I was brought up not to waste food

Nice loss :)
-
That's a great loss, congratulations!
-
In addition, you have probably increased bone density with the increased activity
-
Fantastic, as you get lower I think you find it is less about the scales. I'm sitting on the cheer squad as I have found over the past month or so I've put on a couple big pounds, but the inches are still coming down, it feels strange, but it reminds us it's about fat loss, not weight loss
-
Way to go! Nice loss
