So what is better? Setting my activity level at sedentary and manually adding those 326 calories Or Setting it to lightly active (which gives me 210 cal more) and not logging any additional steps?

I was thinking of having my app synchronized with Mfp... I actually did it for 1 day and I am really cautious because if I see calories left I am eating them back and I just don't want to fool myself while doing it

I tried it too.. it didn't work either But I usually go to the Samsung Health app, I see how many calories I burned that day and then log it manually to Myfitnesspal

Some studies say that the metabolic rate increases with ~100 cal/day while on period. Is it true? Does anyone have more info or opinions about this?

I am using the Samsung Health app I think I will just set MFP to "slightly active " and not log any of my walking calories. But I do believe it will eventually make me move less than I do now Thank you everyone for your opinions! There are all appreciated

I selected 0.5 kg/week I am walking as exercise, I take my dog outside multiple times a day (usually 4 times) and deliberately spend more time so that my step counting app gives me around 300 calories. I log that into MFP and eat those back. That's why I put sedentary.. because I log my walking anyway
