Oh and I’m only 32

I have multiple medical conditions as well. Ranging from chronic migraines to allergic reactions to physical stimuli (like water and temperature changes), I also lose consciousness without warning and have been immunosuppressed for 3 years now due to as yet diagnosed auto immune problems. Oh I’m also severely allergic to…

I tend to do fasted exercise or leave a good 3 hr gap between my last intake of food and exercising, but I have a medical condition to take into account, before the medical condition I didn’t mind and preferred eating before

10 years ago I had 0 issues, my weight gain is a by product of giving birth to my youngest child 7 years ago and my immune system malfunctioning. At present I can do my best to maintain and make healthier choices but no real action can be taken until I’m medically stable for a few months at least

Yorkshire is decidedly wet and miserable today 😩

Just finished ironing, now waiting for hubby to get home from work

Feel free to add I’m a mum of 3, one with special needs. I have several health issues, including a genuine allergy to exercise. Daily login (not always rembering to close diary though), I’m coming up to 500 days login.

In fairness that child had a psychological condition, you wouldn’t say that an anorexic person was choosing not to eat because there’s a large awareness around it being a psychological disorder.

I have exercise induced anaphylaxis, it’s not triggered by food, the reaction occurs during or immediately (within 10 minutes) after stopping exercising with me, I don’t have a delayed response beyond 10 mins. What you describe as a delayed response could be something called deep pressure urticaria, if it presents in areas…

Thank you, I’m not overly keen on yoga, Pilates I’ve not tried, combat sounds good, already aiming for my daily outdoor walks

I have a chronic migraine disorder currently being “controlled” by Botox and abortive meds. My neuro suggests exercising as a benefit to reduce migraines but equally I know of many other migraineurs who find that exercise is a trigger. Can you do low impact/low intensity to build up your exercise tolerance level as opposed…

My teenager makes her own but she goes to a really strict school whereby no junk food of any kind is allowed. My 8 year old could tell you what junk food is and how bad it is for you but still want to eat it My 7 year old is a fitness fanatic who aspires to be a pro athlete one day so she picked her lunch menus A typical…

The child has/had a psychological condition. Pretty much everyone has heard of anorexia/bulimia but not many have heard of Arfid (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder), many autistic people have a behaviour like this whereby the very textures/smell/colour of food mean that they would actually starve as opposed to…

I’m U.K. based and we spend possibly upto £2000 most months on combined groceries and eating out. I definitely believe we could cut it down by more than half on a regular basis. Just last month I refused to buy anything because I was fed up of topping up food when we already had fridges and freezers full, one meal plan and…

I think I’m too old for Snapchat, I downloaded it and couldn’t figured it out so gave up 😂

It’s 3am and I’m trying my hardest not to smother the hubby snoring next to me 😡

It is possible to get on with your life after a sexual assault, it may take time and a few unexpected back steps when you think you’ve got a handle on what happened and you find you’re not exactly “there” yet. Hopefully your attacker is brought to court and sentenced. Weight wise do as much as you can and push yourself to…

As per I’m about 300 messages behind. I’m going for 40km this month, I managed my 31km last month so I’m going to try increase it. 4/2 - 10km Total to date 10km

32 in two weeks

Find something you like doing and that you want to do. The more you try push yourself into things you dislike the harder it will be to find the energy/desire to do it. I have a few medical problems, some serious and some just irritating but I take each day as a different one. I might really want to do a 5km run but my…

Congrats on the win. I’m soon to be 32 (2 weeks) and in Leeds. I’ve sent you a friend request. Let’s hope you see those abs before 3/2/20

I’m nearly 5 years as a non-smoker, just make sure you find something to do with your hands other than eating and you shouldn’t gain weight

My thought process is if it really worked in the long term there wouldn’t be a need for them. Many members (not all) are “past members or ex members of weight watchers etc” and there seems to be as you’ve said no real education around nutrition and what our body needs, the members who it does work for have probably taken…

I’ve been both under and overweight. At my lowest I was under 6 stone and had a psychological problem called restrictive food intake disorder where because food was the only thing I felt I could control in my life that’s what I did. At my heaviest I was just over 14 stone and the gain was mainly due to a medical illness…

I’m about 600 posts behind 😫 but again after another forced rest I’ve finally managed to do a run today. I knew I’d struggle to hit my 31km target but feel optimistic that I’m only 2.5km off this months target. 1-1 2km 2-1 3.2km 3-1 5km 4-1 5km 9-1 5km 15-1 3.3km 21-1 5km Total = 28.5km

I’m only working on monthly goals with a plan to make the following month a few days before it begins, I have a chronic illness so I can’t make plans too far ahead. Jan goal is to run 31km over the course of the month. I’m at 20.2km at the moment, with a pb of 22.34 for 5km. To drink one glass of water each day. To make…
