Anyone else have an exercise allergy?

I have exercise induced anaphylaxis, rare but true! Wondering if anyone else has an allergy to exercise (not necessarily anaphylactic) and exercise ideas. My exercises are becoming a bit repetitive and boring, so looking for new ones.

I’m medically cleared by my immunology team to exercise if I wish, provided I take precautions which I can factor in myself

Thank you, I’m not overly keen on yoga, Pilates I’ve not tried, combat sounds good, already aiming for my daily outdoor walks

Anyone else have an exercise allergy?
