That’s so awesome! It’s been super difficult for me to say no at times when all I want is what I want! Ha! And I completely understand about being quiet about it leading to setbacks. I'm 32 and my highest weight was 268 lbs. I've taken off 30 with keto so far and plan to hopefully lose about 70 more. So, the fiber and carbs came from a 310 shake (it has lots of veggie types in it) and a Lily's chocolate bar serving. I think the chocolate bar maybe just automatically deducted the carbs when I scanned it? So I ended up with more fiber than carbs listed in my diary. The chocolate is made with stevia I believe.

I've been on keto for about a month now (with a two day break on my birthday that messed me up). I've lost about 9 lbs. so far.
