Every two weeks. I used to be OBSESSED with the scale so I am trying to change my ways. I don't own one so I get weighed elsewhere - it helps - and I don't do it every week so I see bigger results. I just love how my clothes fit better, how much my mobility has changed and how much confidence I have gained, those things…

I'm in as well! I eat a whole bag of crispy minis (Quaker) some nights and feel like I sabotage myself. I'm going to stop buying them and see if that helps!

Well I am low carb so my dinner usually consists of tons of veg, salad and protein. Sometimes a fat in there too but no carbs.
