Thanks! Seeing my specialist this week so will be able to ask. Been wanting to sign up at the local gym to do cardio and flexibility. Hoping Doc will let me go back to working on arm strength soon again since my muscles are starting to lack with being on rest for a month now at docs request.

Always love trying new draping styles. This lockdown has given me a lot of time to practice more before I go back to family in India
