So it's been a long time since I've logged in. After going through some medical issues while on lockdown, I have seen a little gain in unwanted weight and am back to work my but off to lose it again. My health condition took me away from my training for my sport for 2 months, docs didn't want me doing any sort of abs work and wanted me to be treated as if something in me could rupture at any moment. That was until the specialist finally said after running CT scans and radio tracers to figure this all out, that he said I could live a normal life without having to have surgery but will have to monitor the issue for here on out. I'm just happy to be back with my team and the horses again for training and the gymnastics. But will be battling to lose those extra pounds and then some. I guess it would be best to probably gain muscle rather than focusing solely on the numbers game.
The numbers game took me down a not so healthy road years ago.
