45 pounds since July 23, the day after I got home from the heart hospital after bypass surgery. Another 25# to go!

Today I graduated from Cardiac Rehab. Three months, 36 sessions, and the difference in my strength, stamina and mental health from then until now is totally worth it.

I cook and have logged everything for two months now. Open diary.

6'6", 245#, 42"w, 36" inseam and sleeve length. Three months ago I weighed 283#.

Barking dogs along my walk, and the owners thereof. There's a couple that would be on me if they broke their chain, or got out of their fence. Which is why I am always armed in my walks.

The measuring cup i used is a ss cup intended to be filled and leveled. I've been cooking / baking for almost 50 years, and this is how many ingredients are intended to be measured. It just perturbs me that the cup / grams don't match on the package.

My Dad was a long haul trucker. Growing up, I thought every family had towels with hotel / motel names embroidered on them. :D
