    People in leader positions who are horrible leaders.

    People who are not involved in daily happenings then when they finally are made aware of an issue overreact and respond without knowledge or even thinking things out.

    People who have to constantly stroke their own egos.

    What REALLY irks me is when a person can be described by all 3 of these things and I have to work with said person.

    People who are triggered easily by others who are highly motivated or self-directed.

    The type who hates you immediately because you a) have high standards b) expect a lot of yourself c) believe in responsibility and personal accountability and/or c) push yourself.

    Agree. And I hate when others tell you "Rome was not built in a day" when you are working to accomplish things and they want to justify their own laziness or lack of caring.
