Use cottage cheese....it works way better than yogurt and has none of that sour taste. Has more of the savory taste of mayo plus extra protien...i posted the recipe i use once on this board but not sure how to copy to here

You can add veggies to a fruit smoothie to help work around pure veg taste...i put spinach in my strawberry smoothies and it doesn't mess up the taste.

This is super helpful. I have been having the same problem....its easy to forget about cabbage and brussel sprouts but i love them both...gonna work some of this into the rotation
