Easy light tuna salad sandwich
1 can solid white albacore tuna 2 tbs low fat cottage cheese 1 tbs yellow mustard 1 diced pickle spear and/or diced celery (Makes enough for 3 sandwiches) I use 2 slices of Nature's Own 40 calorie bread toasted and add romaine lettuce and sliced tomato to finish out the sandwich.
