Can you recommend any foods high fibre? I seem to be taking in quite a low level of fibre but hit all my other goals on a daily basis.

Cabbage, beans, broccoli and oatmeal all come to mind. Most plant foods are pretty high fiber, really.

Also, jicama is fiber and sweet, if you want sweet.

Do you like artichokes? My fiber is naturally high, but whenever I eat them it goes through the roof. Pinto beans are also nice. I also suggest eating your potatoes skin on, if not, use the potato peels to make chips. They're pretty high in fiber.

Fiber One cereal is 60 cals and 14g fiber per 30g serving. It's great mixed into greek yogurt <3

I've been trying to increase my fiber intake as well. Chia seeds are one of my favorites because I mix them into my yogurt. Sometimes I leave them crunchy, sometimes I let them expand and get soft and it's kind of like tapioca. Other great items - raspberries, figs, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, peas, peaches, almonds, pears, broccoli. If you consume a lot of fruits, veggies and nuts you will notice your fiber intake go up.

Everything above, and if you still can't get to your "happy place" Vitamin World has a great gummy - 5g of fiber in 2, and it feels like you are getting to eat candy!
