Age and is only a number. I'm 50 and I manage to hit the gym everyday , I eat according to what I need and I just won't give up. I encourage you to keep going forward. A little bit is better than none

Usually I listen to some music at night and try to clear my mind. Try to be in bed earlier than your normal routine and when the alarm clock sounds , go immediately to the shower . Between the morning shower and of course ( stout) brewed coffee ☕️ you will be ready to take on the world
