  • It depends on the tea, if it has caffeine in it, I do not track that as water. If it's decaf, I don't see why you can't. I personally only track water as water. I sometimes like to spice up my water by making it "spa like quality" by adding some berries, cucumber, or lemon to it. :smile:
  • Also, it's VERY hard to over hydrate! If you are worried about over hydration, make sure you're getting enough sodium, but not more than the recommended daily amount of no more than 2,300 milligrams.
