I will second the glutten. I used to have terrible stomach issues. Talked to some folks and began eliminating foods and then added them back in to see what happened. Im glutten and dairy intolerant with some random irritators thrown in. At the end of the day its not the worst thing ever to be stuck eating proteins, veggies…

Cutting is going to be diet, diet and more diet. If you want to loose fat to show the abs more get the diet in check and dialed in. If your are not taking in enough calories while doing “body building” work outs. Your not going to make much progress. Probably why you have stalled. Could be taking in maintenance cals and…

Whats your BFP? How long have you been working out? What types of work outs? Whats your diet like? The leaner you are the harder it is to cutt and gain mass at the same time. Its “possible” but could be very difficult if your already pretty lean.

Sounds like a keeper. I have not had such luck online

BMI is pointless. It basically says body builders are obese and folks who are skinny are in danger of dropping dead. Id pay no attention to it.

1) remove tofu from container 2) place tofu in trash lol it tastes horrible. Tofu is also a product of soy....which lowers T levels....which is not good in any way.

I have similar situations but opposite. I gain mass and size, see the numbers on my lifts going up but then realize I need to cut some weight. Its hard for me cause every time I cut I watch the weight come off and I watch the numbers on my lifts drop and my size shrink. Its difficult but when I see old physical problems…

Eat and lift. If you find your self doing a lot of running/cardio do as little if that as possible. If you are competing you need to decide whats more important, cardio or muscle. The body has a hard time doing both. Its proven lots of running(distance running) can reduce muscle mass/building. Little cardio, lots of food,…

And dont forget editing, air brushing, make up, shading to creat better definition etc. a lot of those folks who model train for a specific shoot or event and get lean for that even. Other times of the year they dont look anything like that lol

Eat a lot + lift heavy and often = muscle mass Eat a little + cardio/cal burn = fat loss When you build muscle generally you build fat too. And when you cut/loose weight you generally loose a bit of muscle. There are exceptions to everything. And you can loose weight and build muscle its just more difficult than focusing…

Most doctors wont just give you test. They require blood tests and if you are low will only provide you with the amount needed to bring you up to normal levels. I was on test for a while due to some medical issues, did nothing drastic. Its not magic and neither are steroids. Still take work and nutrition.

There are better ways than running. Caloric deficit plus good cardio will equal weight lose. I HATE RUNNING!!!!

Macro counting works but can be easy or difficult depending on what you choose to do and how you do it. Id suggest finding a good calculator via a google search. I MFP macro counter is average but can be made to work if you do your part.

Just remember how it felt before and enjoy the progress. If you did it once you can do it again. Stay committed, you can do it
