Wow thanks for the info. I have lost 41 lbs I used to way 190 and am now 149. Im 41 years old and am 5 feet 5 inches I initally did it for health reason. There so good and sometimes I add just a bit broken tiny pieces of 90% cocco to it. Just also right now wondered if I added a bit of cocco to the whipped topping how that would taste? The cocco I buy is only 15 calories per tablespoon

Thanks, it is set to 2 lbs per week, never thought about going in there to change the settings. Going to just loose a couple more and then I'll switch over to maintance slowly.

I never feel hungry either, I have a hard time eating my calorie and almost never make it, I think if you start tracking what you eat and become smart and eat the same but with lower caloire options you will be very surprised

Hmmm I've allready hit my goal weight and am now 5 lbs away from my dream goal and bmi goal of being considered healthy. I wonder If I should just leave as is or fix it and does it matter when I start to transition to maintenance which I will have to read about how to do that.

Thanks for the input so far, It's hard to tell but for example in the spinach salad there is carrots radishes mushrooms green onion celery zuchinni pepper hot pepper rings same in the chicken mushroom fair bit of vegtables as well. I guess the confusion for me comes from what I read about your body going into starvation…

I opened my diary so people can see what I've eaten today, I haven't had the popcorn yet but it's included and will have that tonight. i only did 180 calories of exercise today food today has been 828 calories says i have 552 calories left even if I put some more fruit in there I still won't use all the calories

I have oatmeal and I made no sugar strawberry jam that I put into the oatmeal it's really good. Thanks for the responses. I'm 5 ft 5 and have huge muscular calves which I don't like LOL 150 is the high end of the bmi scale which says I should be in the healthy range. Silly question how do you measure body fat? Thank you
