Yes it is half a banana and I just orderd sugar free chocolate syrup and PB2 (powdered peanut butter) so I'm really excited to try it.

Half of cup of egg whites with 2 packets of sweetener or Stevia a bit of cinnimon, fried like a crepe, no sugar jam 1/4 banana slice and rolled up all. All for only 105 calories

YES! I usually use my extra calorie if I have any for stuff like this Ice If you eat healthy and find low calorie options one would be surprised how much you can eat. I even found salad dressing now with 0 calories

I would have to agree, I've kept my weight off for over a year now and I still track my calories. I've tried not to and it's not hard to eat over your daily allowance even if you eat healthy so I come back to it. I've started running as of late the couch to 5 k it's a 9 week program. I have lost the weight due to this site and truly and heartful thought it would be nice to meet someone in my area with the same interest and goal, in mind and nothing more.
