How often should you update your diet profile?

I have a question on how often should I update my diet profile. I think the last time I updated it was like 20 lbs lost ago?
If I do that does it change also how much calories I should have a day?

I updated mine and that's exactly what happened. I do think it needs to happen though if you intend on continuing to lose versus maintain your weight. I was sad to lose a 100 calories but it's made me work harder to burn an extra 100 a day.0

I update it every 5 lbs or so. The calories allotted for the day does go down quite a bit each time.0

I only change mine when I'm not happy with my progress. If you're not losing weight or it has slowed down dramatically then you're probably due for a change, but if you're still going strong, don't fix what's not broken.0

Hmmm I've allready hit my goal weight and am now 5 lbs away from my dream goal and bmi goal of being considered healthy.
I wonder If I should just leave as is or fix it and does it matter when I start to transition to maintenance which I will have to read about how to do that.0
