Quick oats, two mins in microwave with 1 cup of unsweetned vanilla cashew milk, with 2 tbs of peanut butter and 1tbs of sugar free honey. Delicious!

Should I be concerned about sugar intake? I sometimes get close to hitting my goal for sugar, but isn't it still bad consuming say 50g of sugar ?

So a lot of people go by this concept. Let's say you eat whatever as long as it fits your calories.. however the fat & sugar intake is high. Wouldn't that cause weight/fat gain? Would it be ok if you just eat the recommended fat and sugar goal for the day? Or is it still bad

My weight went from 129.2 a month ago to 131.2 two weeks ago, to 131.0 yesterday. I've been eating like this for a month

My recommended daily calorie level is 2460. I logged 860 calories for that meal. In addition to my other meals I had 740 remaining for the day. I considered it a cheat because the steak seemed to have a lot of fat in which I don't have. And the salad had a lot of ranch in which I don't have either.

In some cases I feel like that. But there's days where I feel like I can literally eat any and everything after finishing my meals. It's weird. I never end up eating more though lol

I get that. I didn't cheat what so ever for 3 months straight. But then i got to the point where I know my body a lil more , enough to know that I'm capable of having a cheat meal, and having no issues with my weight afterwards.

When I started my weight loss diet.. I used to eat one slice of toast , one egg white on top of it and 2 oranges squeezed for juice! Pretty yummy, healthy and super low calories

2 weeks, based on the before & after pics I took. Also lost 9 pounds in those two weeks so that's probably why too. It was a gooood start. Managed to lose 40 all together by the end of the 12th week.

Oatmeal with peanut butter & honey, one toast with peanut butter and honey. A banana. Cereal and milk. About 900 calories. My fav meal of the day
