The process meat I said as it is full of sodium and I have high blood pressure and am suppose to not go over 1800mg ish. Same with the chips.

Fats so far 19 need 51 more. Yes i am weighing everything.

I never tracked my calories. I just joined today. But if i had to guess i would say 1400 a day. I tried to lose weight before and found it hard at first to get the amount of calories i need without spne sort of junk food.

No i just drank plain water both days.

I never thought of that. But yes I went from my guess 5000mg+ to last 2 days i think 1500mg combined.
