First day logging my food.

Today is my third day eating better. But it is my day logging my foods and wow I am not eating enough.

My food so far:
Protein so far 27 left 78
Carbs so far 79 left 182
Sodium so far 460 left 1840

This is the totals for breakfast and lunch today. And supper is 1.5 cans of sardines, brown rice and peas and carrots. I will come no where near any of them totals.

But i guess i have to learn to eat more meals because I do not like feeling bloated after eating so maybe 1 or 2 more meals throughout the day considering there smaller meals.

    What about fats?

    To increase your calories add more fats. Are you logging cooking oils/butter/condiments/creamer?

    You don't have to be 100% with your macros since calories matter for weight loss.

    I really wouldn't be concerned with macros when you first start logging. Just eat normally and log it. Then in a couple weeks you will see the big picture and it should be evident what you need to cut out or reduce. Get that under control and hit your calorie goals and then look at macros.

    One thing at a time. No need to rush or complicate this.
