How do you all do it?
How do you all stay on track for long periods of time. I was doing good for a few days then today happened. 2 sandwiches on white bread with processed lunch meat processed cheese and mayo. How often can you eat fish. I know about the mercury thing but i mean little fish. I started eating sardines and can eat them everyday but am not sure if it is ok. And I see on their nutrition label thet are extremely healthy for you.

Today is my third day eating better. But it is my day logging my foods and wow I am not eating enough. Is it possible.
Is it possible to go too mush too fast eating right. I went from pop, chips, takeout and everything bad to meat rice veggies and oatmeal. Today omg my head is pounding and feels like it weighs 100 pounds. I know there is a thing call detoxing is this a possibility.
