Sorry I havent been around lately. Was spending time with with my son.. he is now gone back home so now it is back to my plan. Today I just did 20 minutes on the elliptical. How is everyone else doing

Managed to get another workout in 31 minutes of elliptical and 2,000 meters on rowing machine. Yay me.

Omg, you have been such a go getter this whole time. Dont let it stop you. On the other hand I understand the stress eating. Have you ever tried intermittent fasting to get you back on track. That help me or a really good workout. ❤

Today I walked the neighborhood since it was a nice day. Somehow sleep time almost noon which was crazy. Must of needed it I guess. Not so good on the water. Thanks everyone for being inspirations to get me out to do something when i would normally just not do anything 😘🤗
