Everybody is entitled to time off, that is why we have rest days / treat days etc. I love going binge drinking like most people, it just means I do more time in the gym when my hangover goes

As long as you eat well and train you will soon lose the weight / Inches...especially doing HIIT sessions... there is no quick fix unless you pay for a plastic surgeon to do a little work...keep up the good work...1-2lb a week is a good and solid result

Timing of eating matters to me, personally I train before eating in the morning and then have shakes for breakfast and lunch followed by whatever I want for dinner, I try not to eat in the evening but if I have cheese in the fridge it ends up like Russian roulette

Hi, I Burn 1000 cals daily and keep below 1200 by having one meal a day plus shakes, add me if you want the motivation
