No, they want you to sign up for personal training. I got a quick session where they showed me how to use the machines and then tried to sell me personal training. I feel fairly comfortable on how to use most the machines, it’s more so which machines to use at what time that I have no idea what I’m doing with.

The scale hasn’t moved in over a month... It’s been +/- 2 pounds. In the past, that would have been enough for me to get frustrated and slowly get off track. I eat them occasionally. I also eat the extreme wellness tortilla wraps. I definitely don’t eat them everyday, only once or twice a week. And when I do eat them, I make sure my other carbs for the day are low and “clean” (aka are carbs from veggies”)... And I’ve stayed in ketosis.

I went out of town this weekend... Usually being on vacation will get me off track and a small cheat will turn in to a big one. Well, I sat around and watched the people I was with eat all sorts of delicious looking carbs and I did not cheat! It took a lot of willpower to do it for 4 days, but i did it!!

Thanks for the information everyone, it put my mind at ease. Like I said, I only got them to see if I was in ketosis, it was a curiousity got the best of me situation. Then when it was so dark, I was a bit concerned. But now I’ll just move on knowing it was positive and that’s all I wanted to know in the first place.

Thank you for that. Unfortunately I use the app pretty much 100% of the time. On my other thread someone mentioned setting their diary view to have fiber right next to carbs. I’m hoping someone can tell me how to do that, because I can easily do the math in my head and quickly know where I’m at with net carbs.

I didn’t realize at first that MFP does total carbs, I’m actually a little lower on carbs than I thought I was. @qweck3 how do I add fiber in to my diary view like yours so I can easily see it/subtract it.
