I realize this thread is dead... but I'm excited to show off my food!
Keto french toast sticks! I was nervous about the amount of egg, but french toast is an eggy dish by definition yes? It's meant to be 4 servings, but I kinda snack on the whole thing I like it so much. It's 9g net carbs for the 4 total servings which is cool.

New Zealand wine, scallops poached in bone broth and lemon juice with garlic and olive oil, mixed Spring lettuce salad with olives and small tomatoe, hemp oil and champagne vinegar dressing, cauliflower mash. Had 88% cacao chocolate bar for dessert, Awesomely great meal7 -

Burger night 😍 Home ground beef short rib. Two patties (3/4 pound ) with aged white cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, hickory smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, Campari sweet tomatoes, Romaine lettuce and wild garlic aioli barbecue sauce. OMG soooo good. I'll be using straight short rib meat to grind for burgers again. Just enough fat and just the right leanness with lot's of flavor. 😋👌

Parmesan Regiano Creole spice cream sauce with double smoked bacon, Spot Prawns, cracked black pepper, cracked Himalayan salt, touch of real lemon juice, and Cilantro over Zeroodle Soy noodles. High protein very low carb noodles and they are a great substitute to high carb pasta noodles. They don't go mushy or fall apart when paired with sauces.

All raw. Nothing cooked. No rice. All seafood caught by yours truly Albacore Tuna, Marble Spring Salmon, Coonstripe Shrimp, Spot Prawns, avocado, mayo, chives, couple drops of Sriracha sauce, nori sheets, sashimi soy, wasabi, non dyed ginger, and some fresh lemon wedges. One pound of low carb, high protein foods! Ate every last bit lol. I'm focusing these days on building lean mass so I'm consuming around .7 to 1.3 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day and still staying in full ketosis every day 😍

Making a Spinach Egg Bake with what I think is the perfect cheese for it - queso fresco! I’ll post a pic if I can. Basically sautéed onions in butter, lots of spinach, lots of sprigs of thyme, eggs, a little milk, and the cheese - baked.4

First meal of the day. 3 eggs, prosciutto salami, creamy Havarti cheese, sauteed green peppers and mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, cracked black pepper, pink salt, sweet paprika and few drops of Sriracha. Little bit of avocado oil and butter for the pan. 6 grams net carbs.
