It can but if you've been doing keto for a while, you can usually get back in pretty quickly - just don't let 1 meal derail you for a longer term - good luck!!!

Started Keto 9/11 and down 16# - wish it were more clearly but as folks say you didn't gain it all over night. Doing a 3-day fast from last nite thru Thu nite - hoping to lose about 5#. Following a guy doing a 21-day fast - not sure I have that in me. Good luck!!!

2 weeks and 2 days in at this point (keto and 16/8 IF) - lost 8.6# through Monday but the scale hasn't moved (at all - not even a 1/10th) since - frustrated :( I've tried other diets and WOE previously & this is honestly the worst 2 week loss of them all.

Day 3 - going great so far. I've been doing keto along w/ IF. Did find that my b/f lunch workout yesterday was more challenging/tiring - assuming b/c of the IF.
